Sarıgözoğlu works with the status of Design Center within the scope of Law No. 5746.

During this period, our company succeeded in completing a TÜBİTAK project. Along with this development project, we also filed two patent applications. One of our applications is entitled to receive patent registration certificate. Today, our current Design Center status is planned to be transferred to become an R&D Center. Our academic and applied studies continue to transform the status of our design and R&D works. In the following section, types of focus on R&D activities are listed in summary.

 

  • Die material selection and development, structural stress analysis of die, fatigue life increasing casting, heat treatment and coating technologies,
  • Welded manufacturing processes, fixture designs, additive manufacturing, large outer panel parts called cosmetics, assembly processes of these parts with robotic welding systems,
  • Thick chassis parts and machine improvements, numerical model of the production chain, integrated numerical simulation,
  • Subcomponent development for vehicles with electric and hydrogen systems,
  • Die assembly and commissioning, trial productions and verification, shortening of training periods, process development,
  • Press line production efficiency, development of mechatronic systems,Design and manufacture of on-board equipment, measurement, testing and control
  • Robotic and mechatronic system solutions and production center automation systems, which are in priority areas in the field of machinery manufacturing,
  • Material technologies, which are priority areas in the automotive field; light metal alloys and component production, high strength steels and component design and production from these steels,
  • Design and development of electric and hybrid electric vehicle technologies and subcomponents,
  • It is planned to carry out projects on the basis of both supply and customer-oriented implementation of welded manufacturing and additive manufacturing processes.

In our Design Center, which was registered by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey in 2018, innovation activities based on improving the functionality and properties of molds, which provide added value and competitive advantage to our company, are carried out. In Design Center projects, design, design verification and validation processes related to project activities are operated.,

Our Design Center carries out innovative work with both internal and external customers on the basis of mold-part design, sheet metal forming, trial productions, practice studies, welded manufacturing, fixture design, mechanical joining methods.

In addition, within the scope of order-based design activities with universities, customers and supplier companies, quality and productivity increase in areas such as simulation, image processing, optimization, underpress adaptive component design and new product development studies for the country and the world are based on their short, medium and long term strategies. carries out.

We have 1 patent application, numbered 2019/04802, titled “A New Upper Ejector Mechanism That Can Be Installed on a Press Machine That Eliminates the Requirement of Using Gas Cylinder in Molds”.
